A client of ours wanted to gut rehab his duplex on Front Street in Seaford.

This included taking the apartments down to mostly studs, and installing all new insulation, drywall, electric, plumbing, flooring, windows, paint, fixtures, etc. It looks great!

The client selected a pretty cool color that has completely changed the vibe of this old house!

We are at the tip of the spear of the revitalization of Downtown Seaford and couldn't be happier with this final outcome of this project!
